Developed and maintained cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure for internal enterprise projects supporting Zurich Insurance Group, designing and implementing system integrations between internal platforms using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and secure messaging patterns. In this work, I used Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, and Azure DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

I engineered efficient backend solutions to optimize chat interactions with LLM models, significantly improving response times and system reliability. I also developed seamless integrations with multiple communication platforms—including MS Teams, Telegram, and Slack—expanding accessibility for end users. To ensure robustness and continuous improvement, I integrated monitoring and logging tools that enabled detailed analysis of model behavior and performance. Additionally, I designed and deployed scalable cloud-based microservices on Azure, delivering a resilient and production-ready infrastructure.

I designed and implemented deep learning pipelines for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and advanced image processing applications, which enhanced both accuracy and efficiency. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring real-world usability and impact.

I architected and deployed a high-performance REST API for the Streaming Cuba event system, enabling real-time content distribution. I optimized SQL queries that reduced latency by 30% and contributed to DevOps efforts by automating CI/CD pipelines and managing cloud deployments, which streamlined the entire development workflow.
